ABOUT OUR NEW CLASS
We start with:
Joseph Pilates, his motto of empowering mind and body to help develop better bodies, minds, and lifestyles. Be part of a group desiring a healthy lifestyle.
To Start: Beginning Pilates: The first 2 weeks are the fundamentals of Pilates, becoming familiar with the basic exercises, body alignment, breathing techniques, core strength, and stability. This will establish the foundation for better body-mind awareness and posture.
Next 10 weeks: Learning Beginning Mat exercise of Pilates. Each week you will learn the order, set up and movement to ALL the beginning exercises.
Final: We leave each week feeling better about ourselves and after 12 weeks we leave with confidence and a sense of achievement knowing you have tools to help with a better-fit lifestyle.
