- Teaches alignment (skeletal) and Abdominal (core) support.
- Teaches how to use alignment and abdominal support in each of the exercises
- MENTAL CONDITIONING is first the result. Knowing and understanding and sensing what to mentally look for.
YOGA
- Teaches teaches FLOW (moving in and through shapes and postures).
- Teaches ENERGY PATTERNS (use of breath; breathing into areas of the body [pelvis, back and organs] to help establish support.
Teaches SPIRITUAL thoughts on mental conditioning as one travels through movements, shapes and postures.
