So which is better? Keto Diet or Mediterranean Whats the Difference? or is it a? Oh NO! Not another diet syndrome.

KETO .. A Keto diet is a very low-carb diet, where the body turns fat into Ketones for use as energy.
Our brains sometimes called the HUNGRY organ needs sugars/carbs to work effiently, so using
fats vs sugar is a bit trickier to obtain FAST. Learning to strike a balance is one of the tricks.

MEDITERRANEAN .. A Mediterranean diet emphasizes eating primary plant-based foods, vegetables and fruits, nuts, whole grains. Replacing butter with healthy fats such as olive oil and spices instead of just salt and pepper.

Too much thought on diet can ruin the enjoyment time with foods. Definitly seasoning, and good and flavorable oils (olive, real butter ALL IN MODERATION). By all means fresh fruits and vegetables. Eat seasonasonly, that brings interest and keeps us from being board.
Protein ALL IN MODERATION! THINK lean and fresh. When it comes to seafood and fish it might be worth a trip to a specialty meat market and buy small quantities of fresh and in season. SOUPS and putting lots of veggies and little bits of pork/beef.
I would combine both diets keto during the week and mediterannean on weekend.

Just be consistant in you design and stick with it for a month.
If it does not seem to be working for you …REMOVE WHAT IS NOT DOING THE TRICK AND SUBSTITUE …. DONT THROW IT AWAY
DONT THINK >>>DIET, RIGID, STRICK, RESTRICTION, DEPRIVE etc. all these are negative to mind.
