HEY ALL…
For me its that good time of year that remind me of FRESH and REFRESH. Open windows, colorful flowers, that first feeling of warm sunshine, and hearing people outside. Thats just a few happy warm things I think of.
THREE STEPS
First make a small HAPPY FUN list of things you could do and implement two of them in your day.
Example I did: REAL SIMPLE .. Take a colorful staw, hot glue 2-3 ribbons to one end, put it on your bike,
go for spin around your neighborhood.
Second go for a short walk (fresh air), maybe do 2 Pilates exercises mentioned previoulsly before and
after that walk. Get friends, your kids to do an activity with you.
Third, make a small fruit bowl, set it out on a table, grab one of those goodies before and after that
activity.
I LOVE my Thanksgiving and Christmas followed by cold weather here and someplace lack of seasons but being indoors with furnances going or just same ole routines gets kind of sluggish.

REMEMBER KEEP IT SIMPLE, MAKE UP SOME FRESH FOR YOURSELF,
LOVED ONE OR NEIGHBOR.
