I have struggled with core issues for years, feeling I like my belly was big when all I worked on for a while was something as simple as balance/alignment, and principles used from this video. I recommend that you give thought daily to how you stand, sit, the weight you carry daily (backpacks, lifting heavy things etc) plus add some of these basics from the video to your own exercises or Pilates workout. Give a week or two and see if it makes a difference. HAPPY CORE TRAINING!!
