Good educationmeans gaining good moral values, positive thinking, an attitude of helping, giving to society and ethical values. These kind of students bring the changes needed in society.
REST: To cease work or movement in order to relax, refresh oneself, or recover strength during an interval of the silence of a specified duration. Take time to look at your total schedule for the season. Schedule daily breaks and monthly breaks to keep yourself fresh and from going into burn out.
SLEEP: a condition of body and mind such as that which typically recurs for several hours every night, in which the nervous system is relatively inactive, the eyes closed, the postural muscles relaxed and consciousness practically suspended. Physically and mentally if sleep is deep (REM QUALITY), natural (no medications), and with no interruptions, provides the proper healing and restoration to the mind and body.
CONNECTEDNESS: Human connection brings complex values to our lives. relationships give us a sense of belonging in the group, a sense of identity in contrast to others in that group, and an almost therapeutic-support system, and a reason not to feel lonely. In today’s society with handheld computers, the person to person, face to face connection is virtually non-existent. We need to work on personal relationships in person, not just on our devices.
COMMUNICATION: is the process of passing information, sharing ideas, opinions, facts, values, and understanding from one person to another. There are several methods; written, verbal and nonverbal, internet, radio but the most valuable is FACE to FACE. It’s the face to face level where we will experience the whole person and more depth (heart, soul, and spirit) of the person.
