As a Pilates instructor, student, and user of the method for a number of years, I have stayed in shape physically and mentally. This method that I practice has helped me physically to develop core strength and stability. The concentration it teaches keeps me mentally focused and helps decrease stress and estabilishing a good sense of being grounded. This healthy awareness brings an uplift to my soul and spirit while physically getting stronger.
