5 things that might be happening
- The start did not get started. You are not alone! Thats why I ask. So what to do. Let that thought go. Its March now; Think fresh and positive, maybe you were not suppose to start that goal until now, perhaps back in January and February you would have started alone and now in March you have 3 other people, the weather is working better for you now or work has slowed down, the list is endless for all of us.
- Your goal chosen was started and it just did not fit who you were. GREAT!! Remember think fresh and positive. Well, thats off your “to try” list, its time to re-create, think more spring-summer now.
- Life has taken a negative turn. Job has change, ( lost, more busy etc.), divorce, death in the family or illness and that list goes on. What to do? Pause take a break, thats ok. This is a time to be gentle with yourself, still have a goal but keep it small. Some ideas might be a small walk and come in and take a hot bath. Thats it. Walk to nearby shop and buy something really great for yourself. Be Creative.
- The goal was great but too expensive. Find a utube insturctor to help fill in the gap, If its something that requires a personal trainer for awhile, do what you can and find out if the trainer would work with 2 or more people so you can learn and someone else.
- The goal is working out great but now its March but now the kids need to get to their afternoon sports, hubby needs to play golf and that list goes on. STOP RIGHT THERE!! DONT YOU DARE. Its time for family conversation, you got a good thing going. Its time to delegate
