PILATES
Definition: A system of exercises using a thick mat, special apparatus’s, that is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awareness.
6 PRINCIPLES:
1. Centering – finding stabilization by strengthening the abdominal area.
2. Control – controlled movements by paying full attention to all details in positioning and sequencing of the exercises.
3. Concentration – performing the exercise with correct focus on the deepening awareness into the movement.
4. Precision – Its about the details and paying attention optimalalignmentof the body as a whole.
5. Breathing – understanding the importance of getting to the deep exhalation in the process of inhalation to exhalation.
6. Flowing Movement – keeping the body in motion. The movements should matintain a continuous rhythm.
Benefits – functional movement (daily activities) – the kind that helps you move better on a day-to-day basis with everyday task-Pilates has that kind of training. Studies have found that people who did one hour of Pilates twice a week for 12 weeks reported significant increases in abdominal endurance, hamstring flexibility and upper-body muscular endurance.

ROLL UP
Is one of the classic Pilates mat exercises. It has been said that one Pilates roll up is equal to 6 regular sit ups and is much better than crunches for creating a flat stomach. Roll up is traditionally done after the hundred and is followed by the roll over.

THE ONE RECEIPE OF THE WEEK:
Keto Loaf Bread is a great guilt free way to enjoy the textures and flavor of bread while maintaing your low carb diet.
Ingredients:
1 cup Almond Flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon coarse Kosher Salt
5 tablespoons Butter
6 Large raw eggs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit. Select a loaf tin and line with lightly greased parchment paper. Set aside. Prepare the bread batter. Add the almond flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt to a food processor. Melt butter and add to the almond mixture. Crack the eggs in seperate bowl blend and add to the mixture. Blend all together until you have a smooth batter. Our into your loaf pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cut into even slices to serve.
TIP: By the way, I dip mine into a garlic seasoned olive oil.
