Joseph Pilates, the creater of Classical Pilates, was as tough as nails but deveioped “Contrology”, the art of mind body connections. His intent was to give people a source or a tool to stay healthier. One of his strong words was to “Empower” your people.
Remember he left Germany because he did not agree with the new german army intent.
