Yes i have found KEEPING IT SIMPLE, i have a space with plenty of outdoor light, inspirational music at first to get started and I get started on MATWORK with a vigorous breathing exercise called the HUNDRED or I go to my REFORMER (a Pilates piece of equipment) to do footwork.
Usually when you have finished one or both of these you have done simple. Ask yourself how you feel because you maybe inspired to do more.
