Pilates has taught me to listen to my body while gaining strength and mobility which is the biggest key to musculoskeletal health. Now as a instructor Pilates has allowed me to help people discover or relearn their own movement patterns and, over time, begin to understand their bodies.

Centering, use your core (Powerhouse) muscles to help your body’s muscles function and develop more efficiently. Precision, keep the ideal execution of the exercise Flow, keep the movement smooth include the transitions from one exercise to another.
