- Its not the number of repitiions its how well you do each of a 3-4 repeatitions with thought = THIS IS A HUGE KEY! For example the Pilate exercise called Roll Up [A LITTLE AT A TIME posted 07/06/21]; First cue 1. Draw Abdominals in and up, take the tine in that 1 focus to bring your navel plus the lower abdominals, lower back muscles together and torward your spine as you lift in and up under your ribcage. WOW that’s enough to work on right there, Isn’t it? OKAY!! Now do that in that exercise as precise as you can make it. Mental and Physical training.
4. Empowerment – thats what you walk away with. Ah this is the beauty. You have finished some portion in the series of Pilates and all ready you feel stronger, taller, healthier and mentally sharper, making you your BEST!
